Manifesting Business Class: Will EVA Air Be My Gateway to Bali?

Manifesting Business Class: Will EVA Air Be My Gateway to Bali?

I’ve set my sights on Bali for September, and I’m all about that business class life. But here’s the deal – without those fancy mileage credit cards (which, by the way, are totally on my manifestation list), scoring those coveted seats can be a real challenge.

So, I’ve been digging into some alternatives, and EVA Air caught my eye. They’ve got this interesting setup with their premium economy and business class options that might just be the ticket to upgrading my travel game without breaking the bank.

Here’s what I’ve discovered about EVA Air’s premium economy and business class tiers:

EVA Air Premium Economy Fare Classes

(pricing as of 6/20/24)

Premium Economy Basic (approx. cost $1,009 one-way)

  • Seat: 18.5″ width, 38″ pitch, 8″ recline
  • Entertainment: Personal touchscreen TV
  • Food and Beverages: Upgraded meals, complimentary drinks
  • Amenities: Pillows, blankets, amenity kit
  • Baggage: 2 pieces up to 23 kg each
  • Mileage Accrual: Lower rate
  • Seat Selection: Paid in advance, free within 48 hours

Premium Economy Standard (approx. cost $1,244 one-way)

All Basic features plus:

  • Seat Selection: Some advance options free
  • Priority Check-in and Boarding
  • Baggage: Enhanced allowance, higher mileage accrual

Premium Economy Up (approx. cost $1,981 one-way)

All Standard features plus:

  • Seat Selection: Complimentary advance selection
  • Priority Services: Enhanced boarding and baggage handling
  • Mileage Accrual: Highest rate
  • Lounge Access: Where available

If I were to book a Premium Economy Standard ticket, my total including taxes would be roughly $2,431. That’s not too shabby for a long-haul flight with extra comfort. But here’s where it gets interesting – if I had points, it would only take about 35,000 to upgrade to Business Basic. That’s definitely something to consider, especially for such a long journey to Bali.

Speaking of Business Basic, if I were to fly in this class, I would get the following:

Business Basic (approx. cost $2,795 one-way)

  • Seat: Lie-flat, 1-2-1 layout
  • Features: Adjustable settings, storage, power outlets, USB ports
  • Entertainment: Large personal screens
  • Dining: Gourmet meals, beverage selection
  • Amenities: High-quality kit, bedding, noise-canceling headphones
  • Baggage: 2 pieces up to 32 kg each
  • Lounge Access: EVA Air and partner lounges
  • Mileage Accrual: Standard rate
  • Seat Selection: Paid in advance, free within 48 hours

Now, I’m not saying this is exactly like flying business class, but Premium Economy Up is definitely a step up from regular economy. And who knows? Maybe this could be the perfect middle ground while I’m working on manifesting those luxe Business Basic seats.

I’m particularly intrigued by the Premium Economy Up option. Complimentary seat selection, priority services, and lounge access where available. Yes, please! It could be a great way to add a touch of luxury to my Bali adventure without completely blowing the budget.

One thing I’m curious about is how EVA Air handles vegan meals. After some research, I found that EVA Air does offer vegan meal options as part of its special meal selections. According to their official website, they provide VGML (Vegetarian Vegan Meal) which is described as a meal that “Contains no meat, no fish, no dairy products, no eggs, and no animal by-products.” This is great news, but I’m still wondering about the quality and variety of these meals. If I decide to fly with EVA Air, I might pack some snacks just in case, but it’s reassuring to know that vegan options are available.

Of course, as with all things travel, it’s always smart to double-check the details directly with the airline. Features can change, and what’s true for one route might not be for another. But I’m excited about the possibilities EVA Air presents for my Bali adventure.

As I continue my research, I can’t help but dream about experiencing EVA Air’s premium economy or even business class firsthand. The thought of extra legroom, priority everything, and potentially decent vegan meals is pretty enticing. And who knows? Maybe this could be a stepping stone towards those coveted business class seats I’m manifesting.

Hey EVA Air, if you’re reading this, I’ve got a proposition for you! How about letting me be your guest and document my journey as a vegan flyer? I’d love to give my readers an honest, first-hand account of your vegan offerings and premium economy or business class experience. It could be the start of an amazing partnership, and who knows where it might lead?

In the meantime, I’ll keep dreaming, planning, and manifesting. Whether it’s EVA Air or another carrier, I’m determined to make this Bali trip unforgettable. Here’s to turning travel dreams into reality, one flight at a time. Next stop: sipping coconut water on a Bali beach!
