Nestled just across the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito offers a blend of tranquil beauty and upscale living, making it a perfect getaway for those who appreciate the finer things—luxury, scenery, and plant-based dining! As a Marin County local, I’m thrilled to share my personal guide to experiencing Sausalito with a touch of vegan-friendly elegance.

Sausalito is conveniently located just about 8 miles from San Francisco, making it an ideal escape from the city hustle. It’s also a short drive from other vibrant communities—about 14 miles from Berkeley, only 3 miles from Mill Valley and Tiburon, and approximately 21 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Whether you’re jetting in from afar or traveling from nearby cities, Sausalito offers a picturesque change of pace with easy access for all.
